In the year of 1993, during my psychology studies at the University Vienna, I felt, that there was a piece missing in my education. I found that missing brick in the constructivist interactional view of the Mental Research Institute, as I read the books of Paul Watzlawick.
I decided to attend the Brief Therapy Training in the summer of 1995. In Palo Alto, I met the „popes“, who taught me to help people most efficiently. Over the years Brief Therapy became my style of working with clients.
Nowadays I work in private practice and as a consultant at RehaSuisse GmbH, a Swiss Company that adapted Brief Therapy to the corporate world. We are providing Employee Assistance Program, in that heart pounds to the rhythm of the Brief Therapy I learned at the Mental Research Institute from the „popes“ almost 30 years ago.
